Heat-kit sizing depends on your air handler's capacity, your electrical service, and how much backup or primary heat you need. Larger kits draw more power, so the breaker and wiring must support them — match the kit to both the air handler and the panel.

A modular blower is a standalone blower section used to build an air handler — commonly paired with a cased coil and, optionally, a heat kit — giving a flexible indoor unit when a packaged air handler doesn't fit the application.
