Where We Ship
MEPSelect ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the equipment ordered, total weight and dimensions, delivery method, and your shipping address. You will see the final shipping cost before submitting your order.
Most installable equipment ships by freight (LTL) rather than parcel carriers. Larger items may require a liftgate, residential delivery surcharge, or limited-access fee depending on your location — these are reflected in the checkout total.
Order Processing and Lead Times
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Many items ship directly from the manufacturer or regional distributor, and lead times vary by product. Estimated processing and transit times are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect every shipment carefully before signing for it. Note any visible damage, missing pieces, or carton damage on the delivery receipt. Concealed damage should be reported to MEPSelect within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a freight claim. Signing for a shipment without noting damage may limit our ability to recover damages from the carrier.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the equipment is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
Returns and Refused Shipments
If you need to return equipment, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refusing delivery without prior authorization may result in return shipping and restocking charges being deducted from your refund.
